JP6 Football Academy Terms and Conditions

  • Participation in sessions at JP6 Football Academy is at the parent/guardian’s risk. Football is a physical contact sport and, while every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, injuries can occur. JP6 Football Academy cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained during normal participation.
  • JP6 Football Academy accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions.
  • JP6 Football Academy reserves the right to remove, without refund, any participant who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • All medical conditions must be declared at the time of registration and updated immediately should circumstances change by emailing enquiries@jp6academy.co.uk.
  • Parents/guardians must inform us in writing if they do not wish for their child to be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes. This must be updated via email should preferences change.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. Paid spaces will be prioritised.
  • Children must not attend sessions if they have experienced sickness, diarrhoea, or any contagious illness within 48 hours prior to the session.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
  • In the event of session cancellations due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control, JP6 Football Academy will offer a rescheduled session or provide a refund.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child until the session begins and must collect them promptly at the end of the session.
  • JP6 Football Academy reserves the right to make changes to sessions, venues, or coaching staff where necessary.
